The most important thing I have ever learnt
The most important thing i have ever learned would be how to draw, or to be specific how to draw properly.
Art, especially drawing always came naturally to me as a child, for fun, but growing older the reasons i drew changed and i began researching formal ways/techniques to draw, dealing with perspective, anatomy, balance and such. I used many sources to practice and learn, these varied from friends who were more skilled than i am, to internet tutorials on the human body, still life, lighting, composition and such, to professional artists and art teachers. It is an ongoing learning process that doesn't end until death, continually improving.
It has been very important in my life as a way to express myself without words, and to give examples of the things that go on in my mind, to make my creativity and emotions be visible and come to life. Without drawing i don't know what kind of person i would be today, which makes it the most important thing to me.
